On December 14th, 2023, we had the privilege of participating in an informative webinar featuring Dr. Laura Albi from the University of Milan. The webinar focused on Research Project Management, with an emphasis on the post-award phase. During the session, we gained insights into the University of Milan's organizational structure for managing research projects, shared best practices, and explored a potential organizational model. Additionally, Dr. Albi shared golden rules for the effective and successful management of research projects.

About Speaker:
Dr. Laura Albi works in the Accounting Consultancy and Management Office for Research Projects, part of the Research Services Division at University of Milan. She provides advice and technical support to the University structures for all research project management and reporting aspects. She deals especially with European projects funded under Horizon programmes, and also projects funded by various international bodies. 

The event was the element of the Best Practice Transfer from the University of Milan.
