On Friday, November 17th, 2023, we had the opportunity to participate in the seminar "Research and Management at Veterinary Teaching Hospital". 

The seminar was conducted by Prof. Heli Simojoki and Prof. Olli Peltoniemi from the University of Helsinki. In the form of engaging round-table discussions, we covered various topics such as the administrative and functional structure of the Veterinary Teaching Hospital at the University of Helsinki, HR strategies for attracting staff in a teaching hospital, European College of Specialization, funding challenges, and research best practices. 

Our guests' expertise and knowledge provided us with valuable insights and perspectives, which helped us to gain a better understanding of the veterinary teaching hospital setting. The seminar was a great platform for the exchange of ideas and opinions, and it fostered meaningful discussions.

The event was a part of The Best Practice Transfer from the University of Helsinki, in the OH-Boost Project.
